A new series is incoming on Netflix and it is all italian style! 

Curon is an italian noir , something that you would like to binge-watch all in a day!

The series takes its name from the little town Curon, where it takes place in Val Venosta, Alto Adige, which is one of the most spectacular and mysterious place of the north of Italy.

It all starts from the bell tower of the ancient Curon village, which is half hidden in the Resia lake from the ’50;  it is the symbol of a past that no longer exist and that still hides many secrets. Half tower is still visible from the water surface and is really fascinating.

The tower is the centre of  the whole story. It’s where everything happens.

Plot

The series talks about Anna (played by Valeria Bilello), who recently came back to her birth town, Curon, with her two twins Marco played by Federico Russo (who started his career as Mimmo in the italian fiction I Cesaroni) and Daria played by Margherita Morchio.

When Anna mysteriously disappeared, the two teenagers have to deal with the dark side of their family, trying to understand what happened to their mother; they will face a reality they haven’t met before and discover new secrets hidden behind the serenity of the small town, Curon.

The series is created by Ezio Abbate, Ivano Fachin and Giovanni Galassi; all 7 episodes – directed by Fabio Mollo and Lyda Patitucci will be released on Netflix on June 10, 2020.
